Contrail Solutions Pty Ltd was established to provide Safety and Training Management services to high risk industries. The range of services provided has expanded to include, training development and provision of key staff, on short term contracts, to assist organisations achieve specific tasks.
We utilise the skills of industry professionals, many of whom are still active in their field.
We realise that the skills we have gained can be readily applied to a number of industries and specifically to those industries whose risk profile are typified by low probability but high consequence risks.

Hans Willemsen, the Principal Consultant, has significant experience in Project Management, Safety and Training Management. This has been gained, primarily, in the aviation industry but has also included the petrochemical and mining industries. Hans has worked with government and commercial organisations both Australian and foreign. These include Airservices Australia, Boeing, Australian Defence Force and the Turkish Air Force.
Hans complements his experience with a number of tertiary qualifications. Most recently, Hans has completed his Master of Technology Management (Aviation Human Factors).
