The change could be the introduction, modification/revision or removal of a service, procedure, item of equipment or technology. Contrail Solutions can facilitate a workshop of key stakeholders to identify potential hazards brought about by the change and document these hazards.

For these reasons, Contrail Solutions became involved with ABS Consulting, the providers of the THESIS BowTie Software product and is an authorised representative of ABS Consulting for the provision of the THESIS.
THESIS assists companies/operators in the analysis and management of the hazards and risks to which their business is exposed, graphically displaying the relationship between hazards, controls, risk reduction measures and business activities.
THESIS is notable for its ease of use as an enterprise risk management tool. It provides a powerful means of demonstrating compliance to top level management, the legislator, principal investors and the public, while simultaneously serving as an invaluable channel for communicating to the workforce critical procedures and individual responsibilities.

- Safety Cases — Any major organisational change requires a Safety Case to be written. A Safety Case documents potential hazards as well as suitable measures to prevent a major incident and to reduce the effects of a major incident if one does occur. Contrail Solutions can produce, assist or review an organisation's Safety Case. Contrail Solutions can either use an organisation's Safety Case process and report template or provide our own.
